She’s looking forward to the Year of the Dog. 
(The Year of the Dog doesn’t start officially until January 29th but she thinks it starts now…)
She’s a very happy puppy since there is no violin playing going on around here~!
So now I have discovered that it is not only the dryer that freaks out Lucy, it is the washing machine as well! She started whining about 10 minutes after I put in the whites! Our home is on one level so even though I shut the door to the laundry room, the slight rumble of the machine can be heard in the background. So it must be the sound that upsets her. I have put her in the backyard to play for now. The webcam pic is an older one from this morning. (notice the detroyed dog toy on the carpet) I will put her back on the webcam after I have finished the laundry.

She’s had plenty of turkey and treats, so she’s sleeping…
Here is the satellite disk chair. It has been to Burning Man.
Now actually I’m not really certain that there is a connection between Lucy freaking out and Mr. Bear being gone because she has now done it a few times when he has been home. The dryer was running those times so maybe that’s it. Who knows. She’s been happy for the last three or four days. Actually, no I didn’t do laundry this weekend. So I’ll experiment with putting her outside when I run the dryer or maybe Mr. Bear can take her for a ride in the truck while I’m drying the clothes.
Even though this goes against Mr. Grumpy Goes Blogging Round Three, number 13, I am posting Lucy’s Amazon Wish List here. (Get over it.)
